How is it possible that we launched the Internal Medicine For Pet Parents website one year ago? Where did the time go? This last year has been full of learning and growth for us. We've worked hard to create weekly articles on our blog and to get the diseases section set up. Our amazing guest authors included:
Our most popular article this year was about pet food and the link to heart disease. It's a subject many people are still talking about and we wanted to make sure we shared information from a nutrition specialist. We launched the Internal Medicine For Pet Parents Series with the Pet Health Journals. Pet owners have raved about them and we even had one pet parent purchase 25 of the One Month Pet Health Journals for their veterinary clinic to hand out to other pet owners. How awesome is that?? What now? We're going to keep sharing important information with you and are committed to continuing with weekly articles. Our disease section will continue to grow and we'll make sure to keep it up to date. We'll publish more books in the Internal Medicine For Pet Parents Series to help pet owners with pets diagnosed with the crazy diseases we manage in internal medicine. We've also learned of areas of growth for the next year and can't wait to make the site even better for pet parents and veterinary technicians as a resource. For veterinary professionals we're committed to be a resource not just for you to share with your clients, but also to help you in your careers. We're working on providing continuing education credits for articles read and we're even looking at getting RACE approval for CE credits. (We'll let you know more when that gets closer!) Let us know if there's something you want to see from us, we'd love to hear from you. Email us here at [email protected]. Thank youWe couldn't do this without you. You are the reason we have committed to sharing information about the subjects we love. Thank you for following our journey and sharing the website with your friends and family. We hope we can help you make the lives of your furry family members a little better.
Here's to the next year of IMFPP!
