We're so excited to start 2019 with big plans for the year. Thank you for joining us since we launched in August. We hope the information we're providing is helping you and your family live happier, healthier lives. What we accomplished in 20182018 was a learning year for IMFPP. We launched the website in August and since then have been working hard at creating weekly blog posts as well as creating the disease pages. Our weekly blog post has been a place of pride for us. We're working hard to ensure it is released every Thursday morning and has the highest quality information. We've had some amazing contributing authors and plan to keep bringing you the best we can. Currently the pages that have the most information are the urinary, endocrine, liver, hematology, and immunology. These pages are not 100% complete, but most of the basics are there. As we continue to grow, these pages will continue to be fleshed out. We're excited to have grown our newsletter list to over 100 subscribers! Everyone on our list got a copy of our Weekly Treatment Tracker and we've heard great feedback on it. Thank you so much to everyone that's joined us so far. If you'd like to join here's the link: Subscribe Now! In the background we've been working on the nitty-gritty details to set up our business for the growth we have planned in the future. Plans for 2019We've got big plans for 2019 and have a few goals to share with everyone. We plan to keep the weekly blog post going with the same high quality information every Thursday this year. The next growth we'll be looking at is our disease pages. We will continue to build the pages to get them all to the same level as the first pages we built. So, look for the gastrointestinal and respiratory systems to be built up this year. We want to be a trusted leader in our industry and provide exceptional information for pet owners. A great way for us to measure that will be by the growth and engagement of our newsletter subscribers. But we have an even bigger plan for this year.... Drum roll please.....Our biggest goal is to publish the first books in our Internal Medicine for Pet Parents Series. Yes, it is ambitious, but we've got a plan in place. We're starting with the diseases we're the most passionate about and that we feel pet owners could need the most of. Here's the publishing schedule so far for this year: Pet Health Journal: A 6 Month Journal For Medications, Exams, & Health Living This will be available at most major online retailers and will be in print only. Release Date: January 2019 Autoimmune Blood Disorders: A Pet Owner's Guide to IMHA, IMTP, IMN, and Evans Syndrome This will be available at most major online retailers and will be in both e-book and print Release Date: January/February 2019 Liver Disease: A Pet Owner's Guide to Understanding the Gall Bladder and Liver This will be available at most major online retailers and will be in both e-book and print Tentative Release Date: Early 2019 Diabetes in Cats & Dogs: A Pet Owner's Guide to Diabetes Mellitus, Diabetes Insipidus, & DKA This will be available at most major online retailers and will be in both e-book and print Tentative Release Date: Mid 2019 Kidney Disease: A Pet Owner's Guide to Acute and Chronic Kidney Failure This will be available at most major online retailers and will be in both e-book and print Tentative Release Date: Late 2019 What do you think? We know it's an ambitious schedule, but the first two are being edited now and will be ready to launch very soon.
